Nossob rest camp has a reception and information centre, a small shop selling basic commodities that you would find in your local supermarket (including fresh meat, milk, cheese, eggs, bread, wine and beer), a swimming pool and a petrol station that sells diesel and leaded or unleaded fuel.

You can pay in South African rands, Botswana pulas or Namibia dollars. Credit cards are not accepted and there are no ATMs, so make sure that you bring enough cash. There is also no mobile telephone reception at the camp. Electricity is provided by a generator 18 hrs per day.

Another nice thing about Nossob besides the pool, is that it has a game viewing hide. From this hide you can view a floodlit waterhole that lies approximately 100m from the camp. At night this waterhole is lit until 22:00pm. Predators like cheetahs, lions, spotted hyena's are often seen there.

If you're staying in Nossob make sure that you visit “Marie se draai” waterhole in the morning and in the evening. This little loop road is without doubt one of the most productive game viewing roads in the park and it is also a very good road for spotting bat-eared foxes.
